Will not work

I cant get the app to open on any of my devices. I have an iPhone 6, an iPad Air, and iPad Pro and iPhone 6S Plus and all it does is sit at the splash screen with the E! Logo.
Please fix it! It is annoying that I cant get it to open on any device! I cant always watch tv at home so I watch it a lot on the go and its frustrating when I cant get the app to open up.
